1. Packing

We will wrap your items with eco-friendly packaging, including white paper and biodegradable Poly mailer. For gift items, we will use thick paper wrap and a biodegradable Poly mailer.

2. Shipping Information

Processing time: 1-2 working days
Shipping duration: Your order will be shipped via Express DHL or FedEx, and the delivery time will vary depending on your location:
- Asia Pacific: 2-4 days
- Australia and New Zealand: 3-5 days
- Europe: 5-7 days
- North America: 5-7 days

3. Replacement

- We provide replacements if your item arrives damaged during delivery. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item and include photos of the damaged item.
- Please note that our products are crafted from natural materials sourced sustainably. Due to this, there may be slight variations in size and color.
- While we strive to display accurate product colors in our photos, please be aware that the actual product color may vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

4. Returns & Exchanges

5. Cancellations
